why film?

35 mm, polaroids, and other analogue methods of documenting are a way to archive your memories, and photograph your family, self, or business venture. This is meant to feel as nolstogic as it will feel in 20 years So you can look at the photographs now and think.. “these are good the days”.

what should we expect?

You should expect me to witness, observe, and capture you and and all of the energy you and your loved ones bring. There will be minimal posing, but light direction. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible and to be a friendly face. I can’t wait to get to know you & show you your life and love reflected back to you.

This can best be accomplished in a space that is yours, one that you make memories at, or somewhere that you hold close to your heart. Think… more grandma’s backyard, your neighborhood, or your favorite park, less like random field or warehouse!

what will i receive and how long will it take?

With every set of images, it will vary. With film and alternative processes it could take up to 5 weeks. Digital images will be returned in 2-3 weeks. The turnaround time for a wedding is 4-6 weeks.

You will receive the images in an online gallery, and any physical polaroids you will receive a scan all original copies.
